Windows 0x000007b

I downloaded this version "theforgottenserver-v0.2.14-win64gui.7z" and i set everything fine but when I try to run The Forgotten Server.exe an error pops out:

the application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b)...

I use Windows 7.

Any ideas of what can it be?

I already download and installed this: 64-bit redistributable package download.

I told you that if you have the FRAMEWORK.NET...
You need it.

Uninstall all your .net framework version and install the 3.5 version
