1 kill is ban

I have a enyoing bug:
When a player on my server kills 1 player they get ban!

Yeh i dont tihnk so because ... As soon as you kill one person... You immediately get kicked/baned.... So even if i decrease the time to remove frags it wont be quick enough...
Plus i dont want ppl to lose frags quickly lol..
