When pepole create account they can log on the serv, but when i wanna see the password of my rl, becuse he forgot hes own , all password i see its only like this a00b27378a09822d5638cdfb8c2e7ccc36d74c56 , i wanna see their password not like this a00b27378a09822d5638cdfb8c2e7ccc36d74c56,

modern acc is using a encryption and they will get like that!
I modern acc you can only have Sha1 Not plain password that you want!
and in the config off your server you also need sha1

If you have Sha1 you cant read the passwords.
If he forgot the password just remove "a00b27378a09822d5638cdfb8c2e7ccc36d74c56" and type in "test" or something else you want to set as new password.
