Try to connect to 187.143.72.185 and make sure It's your ip on your router.. If you haven't yet, open the ports 7171(login)7172(game) on your router.. Still persists make sure your firewall is off/ if you got an antivirus disable it/ or if you got a program that already uses the ports such as maybe skype? close those programs

if you put your server onlin you must put the ip that gives you this paguina: http://cualesmiip.com/ in config.lua, if you only want to get locally put 127.0.0.1 in config.lua

@ItsPanda I would guess something with port forwarding. Have you tried to connect to 127.0.0.1? Does that even work?
