[10.77 TFS 1.1 ITEM ATTRIBUTE] increaseMagicPercent?

Hey, I was wondering how I would go about adding the attribute "increaseMagicPercent" if anyone knows what item attribute this is, its pretty much set so you can equip and item and it will increase spell damage by a percent chosen.

I checked the sources for the tfs 1.x series and that attribute does not exist, so you will have to write a script for it, I am sure there is a script or 2 floating around here on the forums.

since its not an attribute codex system wont really work, since it doesnt modify combat dmg etc, but rather adds an attribute,

this one is a MUCH bigger system yes, but it has a bunch of extra stats (that are not attributes) added that affect combat and account for them
