Why call him a noob? He's only trying to help lol. I can see you're a dickwad, glad you're getting pinged. And so much for your VPN I guess? Just change your Skype, It's simple.
 
There is nothing we can do in a case like this seeing as we can not prove anything and it's impossible to retrieve your IP through us. We would advise you to contact your ISP to tell them about your issue to see what they can do for you. If you think you know who it is that is doing it, you could also file a police report.

You should also be careful in the future when it comes to entering suspicious pages and sharing your Skype, joining Ventrilo or using other VoIP services.
