Windows 64-bit Compiled Server?

Heya, I have a pretty good computer and gonna host a server and I put in some extras on my server, like cities and such, and I got E7500 64-bit processor aswell as Windows 7 64-bit, but I cant run the map anymore, it sais compile it in 64 bit mode, could any1 tell me how that is done?
