64 bit TFS, 64 bit debian linux and "Allocation failed, server out of memory!"

error:

Allocation failed, server out of memory! Decrease size of your map or compile in a 64-bit mode.

Whats wrong ?

Recompile the server with a 64-bit switch to enable it to a function as a 64-bit process, If you're using Stian's repack use MSVC++.
