people with such ideologies always find their way. why must we sacrifice what may be the funnest experience in a long time because of 2 or 3 rotten apples. I'm sure that upon hearing of such a player killer or group of player killers, other people on the server will intervene.

I'm saying PVP-E with frag system is good.

if like a lvl 60 kills a lvl 100~ he should at least get 1-2 levels

You loose exp on a RL map, you do not loose exp when dying at Evolera, hence, powerabusing is almost impossible at evolera unless the player knows where the low level is located.
However on a real map if you have no frag limit people will be able to destroy for new players, which will make the ot die out and no new players will join.
