7.4 tfs 1.2 blessing problems

so i have a server 7.4 tfs 1.2 based on tibia hacked files, the blessing on my ot only works on experience and skills but my items still drops.
what you guys think it is? what should i mess with?

Seems like an oxymoron. Anyway, that's the way how blessings worked back in 7.4, they did not prevent the loss of items. Only amulet of loss did. So you have it right.
