7.6 fast attack?

Once a time i someone told me that u could write something in the config.lua to get fast attack but i don't remember what does annyone know?

Or do annyone know something else to get fast attack? (Not vocation.xml) i already know that but this is a 7.6 server and i doesn't exist..

-- speed of attack in seconds (no-voc, sorc, druid, pally, knight)
speed = {"2.5", "2.0", "2.0", "1.5", "1.0"}
