Hello, I need a script to kill monsters, gain some item

exactly my point quest npc is:
if a player earns item id 1234 (count 10) gets a prize item and experience
npc a second listing the item for another item
or:
for example, we have 100 beads go to the npc we give him he gives us (eg 10 black pearls)
The third quest:
if a player gets a kill 100 rabbits reward exp some item(Daily Quest)
