TFS 0.X [7.6] Sparkly item

Hello guys, I am creating some new items for my server and I have a question: how do I make these items "shiny" when they are in use (just like the ring of healing, etc.). I want them to look like the image below (items turn like life ring):

life ring is composed of two different items, one with the sparkling effect (id 2205) and one without it (id 2168)

sure, but i can found the sparkling effect on object builder (or item editor) and merge to a existing item. Is that way correct?
