7.6 WardRobe Script

I need a script that won't allow players to change outfit, unless they open a wardrobe.

So the only way to change outfit is if you've opened a wardrobe at either your house or at a shop.

Not sure if this can be done in Avesta, you should check out the avaliable functions first to see if there's anything concerning outfit.
