I know this isnt really the right place to ask this but, When i download tibia 8.0, The tibia.exe is not in the folder so i cant open the client. Does anybody know what i have to do to fix this?
My favorite OT is 8.0 and i cant play it atm because of this problem.

I think your anti-virus flag it as not secure and deletes it automatically.
Try closing it for a moment and then reinstall Tibia 8.0.

Is it an .rar file with an containing folder or is it an install file?

Its an install file, for some reason winrar wont work for me.
