There is an 8.31 XML ot atm altho its war its called legendary or somthing like that on o*t*f*a*n*s
i advise you move to sql its simple to learn and master and youll benefit alot from it.
XML is outdated..:o

how can i start my server its an SQL server and this error comes up:

And personally i dont give a Shittt what anyone says, i think SQL is horrible.
Especially for someone like me or many other members on here that just wants a server that they can start up simply without all the complications.
Ive hosted an SQL server before, and personally i HATE IT. All Xamp did was fuck my computer up, not to mention that NORTon went haywire on me.
Fuck sql, i can get an xml up and runnin in 10 minutes and get more players...
