To work with 8.4 (OTME) you will need to change these files:

· Tibia.spr (located in tibia client folder)
· Tibia.dat (located in tibia client folder)
· Items.xml (located in otserver/data/items folder)
· Items.otb (located in otserver/data/items folder)

Put those files in your Map-Editor folder and it will works.

You have to change only 4 files. You don't need to download a new map editor.

I did it and it works.

To be sure that everything's working. Wait for either RME or OTME to be released with support for 8.4. I don't know wether or not this file contains viruses. But could someone please scan, other than the thread owner so that I can be sure. I've already downloaded something from rapidshare, so I can't download it yet.
 
Only noobs would believe in that.

First, mostly of IDs are 8.31, only with Tibia.spr/Tibia.dat in 8.4. And he's just a 2-post member putting a higher-value download.
