This isn't a bug of the server, ask the guy who made the acc page.

how to disable that update panel that appears when agent creates char and try to enter the game?

It should be fixed if you login again.
(The Server works ONLY with the inclused MySql Schema!)

Just import some maps to the main map, and change the config (war.lua)

If you disable the system server will be rubish.
I really don't know what you'he done.

im nb on otserv setup when i start it upp it says 21/09/2009 17:01:42] Failed connecting to database - MYSQL ERROR: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061) (2003) what that means what i did wrong? xd srry for disturbing but im nb on this -.-
