Programmer 8.54 DLL

Hello, I am looking for a programmer who will undertake the creation of dll files for the 8.54 client
-Nickname npc has a different color
-Monsters nickname has different color
-Mana bar above each player
-Ping on left screen corner
-Making able to move backpacks to game borders.
-Percents in middle of health and bar (I already had % system)
-Change Colors on Skill Bar
-A function to show information with the achievement
