I see you're not using the big grass tufts, but that's still not an excuse to put so many smaller ones everywhere.

The last pic is better, but that's still not it — I would feel uncomfortable to walk through an overdetailed city.

If you remove all grass stuffs from the stone grounds, your mapping will look uber sexi.
You're using more grass stuffs on stone grounds insted of grass grounds.
