Linux 8.6 server - 10x fast attack and yelling

Hi,
i don't know how but suddenly today morning my attack started to be 10x faster! monsters attack, monsters yelling, npc yelling, players atack. Somebody know how to solve it?

i tried my server, clean tfs data, and allisow ots.. always the same issues...

i found the soulution. Just reboot your dedicated server :3

I've seen a few servers were this problem has occured. May I ask where you rent your Dedicated server?
