8.6 Tibia low fps

Hey guys just downloaded tibia 8.6 and I have a really good computer that should be able to run tibia with atleast 1000 fps, but somehow I only get 30 even with unlimited and so on, have you guys ever encounter the same problem? And does anyone know a fix, please help!

Your system probably has too much uptime, you can check the system uptime in the Performance tab in Task Manager. If your uptime doesn't properly reset to 0 after rebooting, then you need to disable Fast Startup in Windows 10.

You can also use SaiyansKing/Tibia-High-Resolution-Timer (https://github.com/SaiyansKing/Tibia-High-Resolution-Timer) to get rid of that issue.

Just started the computer it's completely fresh I downloaded drivers then Tibia 8.6 should this really be the problem?
