I developed a tool that lets you create a fully functional tibia.spr, but without any sprite.

It will help those who want to create a custom server, without the tibia original sprites.

Original Tibia.spr= ~40 MB
This Tibia.spr with ~200 custom sprites = 1.51 MB

Nota: And I will not release the tool because this has not yet finished.

To add sprites use any sprite editor

I have not started programming a tool to edit the DAT files, but you can use the original DAT, editing only the sprites of each item

Go go finish BlackDemons tibia editor, all it needs is tweaked and updated. Great place to start mate. I believe it's open source.
