I would like to call it lazy OT project because i mostly have portals to every single spawn/quest etc.
Trough i am then having some long and demanding quests which will need both the strength of your character/s and strength of your brain, some quests takes about 5 minutes to make others probably takes around 1-2 hours to make.
However now, that was the smaller information about this server now to the question.

Sorry for the bad information about the "Earth/ice/fire etc - mage with possibility choice offensive or deffensive" and "Multi voc, one vocation able to train all skills normally, not need to chose one vocation" but i hope you understand it some how.

almost 99.99% of the times new vocs are unbalanced so i'd say stick with the usual ones
 
I have been tryin new vocations on my testservers in a long time and could pretty easy fix a good vocation balance what so ever, so don't count with bad balance when voting.
I though it could be a new great way to improve a OT server, but if people don't like it i will ofcourse not keep working with it.
 
Custom vocations are pretty awesome but the problem with most servers is that the custom vocations are never balanced.
 
There will be great vocation balance because i will spend time on making good balance i will not leave it as it is, many new spells will also come with the new vocations so i will probably make it from scratch.

Especially for the donate haters: We are going to have donates that will affect the PVP, but points will be reachable in event even trough you wont get acess to that massive amount.
In some poll's we have checked if premium or donate items is the most popular and the most voters though of donate items since you can't loose them so far you don't get hacked.
