8.7 custom client

Yo, I want to make my custom client for 8.7 but i can't find all tools.

I have :
OTItemEditor 0.3.9 - http://otland.net/f19/otitemeditor-0-3-9-a-102569/

but I can't find any spr and dat editor.
I found dlackdemon dat editor but in free version i can't edit tibia.dat.

Anyone can help?
