8.7 Mystic problem

I upgraded to 8.7 Mystic spirit TFS, and now none of my npcs work.
I upgraded from 8.54...

And! How do you add NPCs to Remere's map editor? It has changed

And!! How come I can't make simple changes to items.xml in 8.7 Mystic Spirit...??
If I change hellforged axe's attack AT ALL, Items.xml no items will work when I reload items.xml via (/reload items)

Please help!

/ban
