9.1+ outfits no attack

i tried the otserv now without the data from 8.6, it works fine, any1 know what to change?? help very appreciated, been googling hours :S!!

i meant, i tried otserv 9.1+ with normal server folder, and it worked.

problem now is, im moving 9.1 clean to 9.1 with addon bug, and it doesnt work, i restarted database and changed 3 times, doesnt work + changed config.lua and mods folder, doesnt work.................
any idea??
