I'm trying to find the necessary files to upgrade my TFS 0.3.6pl1 server to 9.31 and I can't seem to find anything. Do these files exist yet?

Well only if you're a donator you can get 0.4 which is for 9.31 or something I guess, otherwise you have to switch to either another server or 0.2.9 or something

there are way more things to add in order to support anything high than 8.6 in 0.3.6, you probably can't do it by yourself neither there are any tutorial on how to do it.
