Windows 9.61 IP Changer error (?)

Let me cut it short, I downloaded the tibia 9.61 client, then downloaded the 9.61 ip changer.. all from Shadowcores website.

I typed in shadowcores ip on ip changer, 7171 port was a default already, so was the 9.61 client version.

I pressed Apply, then this error came up.

What is this error and how can I fix it? I have no idea what it is, nor know how to fix it.. will appreciate it + rep you if you help me fully.

I believe that this error has to do with adobe in some way or another, try to update adobe and re-install tibia 9.61. Or possibly that any of your drivers isn't correctly installed or that any driver is outdated. That's the three possible solutions to this problem, that I can come up with.

Try uninstalling all your .net framework versions and installing only the 3.5 I guess

Run applications as an administrator.
That should solve the problem.
