A better sqlite database manager

I use the SQLite thing for database to see and etc, but i was unable to see where i could search for a row, like search for account 1234 , or password, or a char, etc.
Does any1 know a better db manager? that i can search, etc? no xampppp plz

Use uniserver if you don't like Xampp(?

i dont see use for xampp nor uniserver since im not going to make a website... as it is a fun server, only for the lulz, but sometimes i need to enter in a player acc to check some stuff...
