A bug when a player dies

In my server when a player dies and he login again he cant cuz his position turns Posx= 0, Posy = 0, Posz = 0.. Can anyone tell how can i fix this??

Check the positions at your config.lua, if they are correct, then check the positions of the sample characters from your database,
You could use this query to set all the players to X positions instead of edit them 1 by 1.

PHP: 
UPDATE players SET posx = XXX, posy = XXX, posz = X;
change the 'XXX', to the position u want.
