A couple new requests from my players

I tried using the search function but once again failed to find what I wanted, my players have requested two new things to be changed on the server and I'd like to grant them what they want:

1. Making it so there's no player on player collision (making it so players don't block each others paths).
2. Making it so the players don't stop after casting or using an item, so there's no "stutter" or having to re-click a direction after each cast.

When I created a request thread, it was moved to support, when I create it in support, it's moved to requests.. I'm confused hahaha

if you're asking for someone to make you do something, it belongs in requests
if you're asking for help doing something, it belongs in support

Oh, this was meant for support then, maybe I just didn't make my intentions clear. I wanted to ask for help on how to do those things.
