While I as a Royal Paladin regen 25....

wtf? He thinks it may be some bug because it's still the same regen as in Rook...

His name is Oooy right now lvl 35.
 
Your friend put promotion and relogged?
 
He needs to stop eating until he stops regenerate, when he eats after that it will be 25.
