A little help please.

OKay heres my problem, i havent used ots in a long time as i play real tibia for the most part, back when i did ots there wasnt much of this SQL stuff mostly everything was xml and accounts had to be hand made anyways, i just wanna get a server that i can put up for just myself to test stuff with a copy of my rl tibia char.

So what im lookin for is if someone can guide me how to go about doin this ive downloaded so many servers but they all require alot of setting up which ive set up XAMPP or w/e that is loaded in the database but then i guess i need another program or something SQLite or something im pretty much lost if someone could help thanks lol.

Like I made a admin account in the process of that and after i was done with all the steps i put the server up, the ip changer is showin that the server has been up for a while, so i clicked change on the ip changer to my stuff then i go on the tibia client and try to login and it just says invalid account name or password everytime..

I found out my problem, the ip changer i was using wasnt doin the job i got one off otservlist and it logged in no prob, now my only question is, is there a way to edit your guys skills and stuff like you used to be able to in xml, i wanna make a copy of my pally from real tibia.

Do it all by editing the database (table) entries in phpMyAdmin?

Go and skill up 1 skill, don't know what the problem could be, check if your character saves on logout.

Only thing i need is to get this GM working i put account type and group 4 and he moves fast like a gm can teleport and can /c monsters to him but he cant make items or summon real monsters or anything = /
