Hi Otlanders!

This discussion might be in the wrong place but please forgive me if it is, I want to ask a few questions about OT's and hopefully some experienced otlanders ( you people ) might be able to help me =D with that said I shall start!

1. What would be a tibi client players would like to play on? etc 8.60, 10.++
2. If I decided to make a 8.60 server, what is the most stable rev for it?
3. For the rev you choose which website engine fits perfectly?
4. Is there some vertain qualifications I need on my computer to run it on, test it, build it, love it etc etc etc

Thank You so so so much for your time <3

Yours, Xinax

1. I would say latest client available and TFS 1.X which can be found here:
https://github.com/otland/forgottenserver/

2. If you choose 8.6 I would say TFS 1.2 downgraded to 8.6 by Ninja which can be found here:
https://otland.net/threads/8-60-the-forgotten-server-1-2.236489/

3. I would recommend ZnoteAAC for any TFS engine.
https://github.com/Znote/ZnoteAAC

4. Depends on map size, but start with a small map and test around.

Remember TFS 1.X only offers MySQL support so you need to install a MySQL server and a website since no in-game account manager exists either, follow the tutorials below.

Follow this video tutorial how to setup TFS and ZnoteAAC by Znote here...

You can follow this tutorial if you want to compile TFS 1.X by yourself:

You can also download nightly builds for TFS 1.2 which can be found here:
