Considering the fact that it's a new computer, it's very weak.
 
but can you tell what i sude have in a dell or fujit Rach server?

like 400 players on a big map like a rl map.?
 
The internet speed is ok will be able to handle 150-200 ppl if you got nice configs :p

But to host a Real map you need atleast 2 GB of ram
Best is if you got 4 because then you can go over the 100 mb limit :)

If I had that internet speed, I could host probably 400 players lag free.

You should atleast have...
4gb of ram.
2.2 ghz dual core processor; (6MB Cache).

I am sure you can find a decent computer to begin hosting for around $799 - $1299.

You should use Windows Server 2003 if you don'r know Linux.

Server 2003 takes less ram then XP. 2008 or Windows 7
