Ahh, I see... You just defended the life of a helpless dwell, who was tortured by the men of the tyrann. Well, there is Gilan, our healer! Let's see, what he can do for you.......Some hours later: Are you okay...uhm what's your name? ....Damon! Damon, your fate is not to die now. You are called upon the gods, to join us, the Ancient Kingdom....
20 years later:
Damon talking to a possible recruit for the guild:
"I've been living among those people for quite a long time. They are all honoured men, defending the weak and helpless people, from the dangerous monsters and from tyranny.The "Ancient Kingdom" has been fighting for freedom and honour for ages, and it was our loyality and braveness, which keept us alive, and able to fight the evil !"
Now the guild master speaks:
" You know? In your age, Damon was meeting us for the first time, aswell.
As Sir Damon already has pointed out, we are fighting for freedom, but also for the rights, for the keeping of politeness, appropriate behaviour, and against the unjustified punishment people must go through(so we fight against pks). We don't leave any of our kind behind and acctually we are all on the same level of authority. We do ineed have a High Lord, who is considered the most experienced person among us and is the one with the highest level. His job is to help low level guild members getting better, to declare war to other guilds if necessary, and to lead the guild in battles. He is re-chosen every 4 weeks in our guild hall. Then we would have the Administrator, whose job it is to resolve the disputes between our members, and who is on the same level of authority as the High Lord, who both represent the highest ranks of the guild. Furthermore , the Administrator manages the guild members and can invite new members, aswell as kick old ones. He is the ONLY person with the authority to KICK members of our honoured guild. It's also his job to manage anything concerning the guild, and is the person you contact when encountering problems. For helping him with his decicions, he is supported by the Circle of Five , who technicly are his right hands and have to assist the Administrator and represent him, within his absence. To leave the Circle of Five alone with their guild management problems, there are two Ambassadors of the Guild, whose job is to invite new members, aswell as representing the guild to the outside and solve trouble with other guilds peacefully. While TheCircle of Five consists of the most trusted people among us(exept the High Lord and Administrator), the Ambassadors are our most active people, to recruit new heroes.
All other members are on the same level of authority and are to be polite to each other, and report disappropriate behaviour immidiatly.
By now, you should know, what being part of our guild is about. We are not an ordinary guild, we are not everyone. We are loyal, we are trustable and brave. We are polite and treat each other with respect, aswell as other players, exept our enemys, who don't deserve it better.

High Lord(player with highest level in guild, re-chosen every 4 weeks):
Circle of Five(5people)(trustworthy people, re -chosen all 4 weeks--> 2 are chosen by the administrator and high lord and 3 by the other members voting):
Ambassador(2people)(re-chosen all 8weeks):
Either of the holders of these positions can and will be dismissed by the Administrator, if encountering wrong behaviour!

Respect, tolerate, and help each other. Prove yourself as honourable.
We do consist of:
Loyal and brave Warriors, who would rather die at the side of an deadly injured friend, defending him until his last breath, than survive alone!
Powerfull Sorcerers, who would rather sacrify themselves, by drawing all their power and unleash it in such a deadly way that even the strongest enemy is struggling to survive, instead of letting our enemys win!
Druids gifted with the great power of healing, who are an enrichment for any kf our battles and when the enemy already cheers, because he's seeing our lives getting red, it's the power of the druids, who rescue us, leaving a cursing enemy behind
AND : Deadly accurate Archers, who elliminate the target before it has a chance to react...
You can be sure, that if starting to fight us, our axes will split your armors, our fireballs will leave an inferno of destruction, our power of healing will dismotivate your men and our arrows will be stuck in your heads before you realize whats going on.
So think twice, if you consider to fight us! We might be only a small guild of honoured People, but we know what we fight for... and being ascendants of the glorious 300 Spartans, we can assure you, that even a god king can bleed.
The world will once more know, that free man fought against tyranny, and that few stood against many. Your bolts may bold out the sun, but who cares?We will fight in the shade!
