I need help any Gm ;p. Im want to do addons in this outfits but i dont know where is npc! :). Please tell me where is this npc. but im search it about quest "dreamer challange quest"and i cant go to this npc ;/

I wrote it up at the summer update, i hope they will fix it, or else i got 2500 essence in my dp for nothing xD
