Yeah I saw it, but the guy had already done a transfer so i must wait five months before I can make a new one ^^

Don't forget, you cannot transfer to Secura since it is a blocked world.
 
<sigh> People can't find any information for themselves?

From the Tibia.com manual under World Transfers, one point states this:
Some game worlds might be marked as "blocked". Transfers to game worlds marked as "blocked" are not possible.

Take a look at this list here:
Tibia - Free Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game - Community

You will see on the right side that Secura is a blocked gameworld.

Which then comes to a conclusion that you cannot transfer to Secura.
Now you may ask if these "blocked" worlds would be unblocked soon, this has been answered by CipSoft; they said that the blocked worlds will not be unblocked in the near future.
