A player can debug my otserver ever when want

I have a otserv, 8.6, and have a player, that can debug ever when want, he say, debug in 1,2,3, and who are near he, get debug
somebody know this error? he told me does it, with elfbot

ps: i want know how fix this, dont need say me how make debug...

he uses a bot that make the player say more than 255(?) letters... which will debug the client..
you need to go through C++, and make it impossible to say more than 255 letters.
