A problem on my open server

Hello, i open a tibia ot and worked it on my host too .
But there are a problem when other ppl try to login they write acc and password
and it shown to them the characterlist but when they try to login they can't ,
it just say connection to game wolrd please wait.

if u know a soultion to this problem please help me
maybe i did something wrong on config~

You need to have your global ip (What Is My IP � | Shows Your IP Address.) in config.lua and be sure port 7172 is opened too, not only 7171.
If it still doesn't work, try to turn off firewall.

plz help me my ot is working but when i get on char list and try to log on it just keeps loading and a few months before it worked i just left it and it stopped working i dont know why plz help

you how to allow port 7171 and port 7172 in your server firewall
then check this website for your DNS ip
cmyip.com
then open your config.lua file
and add the ip you got before at cmyip.com in your config.lua file as server ip

That means the loginport 7171 is open (People can connect to the server to see the characterlist with that).
The gameport 7172 lets people login from the characterlist ingame and you also need to have your global ip (What Is My IP � | Shows Your IP Address.) in config.lua to let people login from the characterlist ingame.
Already tried to turn off firewall or if you have an antivirus that too?
Which ip do people use to connect?
You have to use your IPv4 address or 127.0.0.1 and other people your global ip.

After you Disable your firewall, please Restart your pc.
If you've opend Port 7172
