A question about Bonebeast Island (Ramoa) and hunting there

Alright,
So I have just made the Shattered Island Quest (5 islands cleared so far, the others probably later) as I was suggested to hunt Bonebeasts on Ramoa. Im currently a lvl 41 RP (81 dist) and was wondering what things I need to be careful about when going there? I have never been hunting there before, that's why I ask. Are there any rings which might be useful to bring? Do stealths work on Bonebeats? Should I bring any runes (e,g. fire bomb) to prevent monsters like GS from approaching me, even if only for a short duration?

Also I have heard I can make quite the profit (money whise) there aswell, like bringing a tool to skin of bonebeasts and there is also other good loot.. What exactly are the items I will need to look out for?

  • Keep luring to the stairs until you get a bit higher
  • If you want to avoid the Giant Spider, do not go too far east
  • Do not walk all the way south (there is a water elemental spawning there, you dont want that thing chasing you)
  • Stay on the first floor
  • Bring obsidian knife and skin the bonebeasts for hardened bone
  • Keep a few stealth rings in your backpack in case you get swarmed by Demon Skeletons and crypts
  • Hunt with shield and spears

I love Ramoa. Although I've only hunted there on a mage.

Amoaz is right. The single GS spawn is south-east(ish) on the island. If you run into trouble, haste to the staircase and let the GS return to its spawn-point. Realistically, if you have BoH and use haste, you should be able to kill it just fine.
I'm not sure about your level/skills but if everybody else thinks you'd fare fine at that level on a paladin, they're probably right.

The most important thing, though, and I know it's already been stated, but...
Do NOT go to the south-end of the island. There's 3x water elemental, those things hit much harder than anything else on the island, easily.

Bonebeasts are amazing to hunt as a paladin, as they are very weak from distance and have low resistance to holy attacks. I used to hunt them in Helheim for the tasks with a level 50 RP with 85 distance and pretty much the same equipment you have, just with a Demon Shield instead. I usually got over 150k exp/hour and fairly great loot.

They are a real menace, though, if you have shitty internet connection like me. I once dared to hunt with arrows and the internet went down for me to log in later with full respawn and wearing no shield only to die in seconds.

Take care not to lure multiple of them (you may handle two of them if you run into trouble, though), run in circles to keep distance and avoid beams and you should be good to go.
 
Update!
Thank you guys for alle the tips and tricks! While I was doing only 82k/h the first 20-30 minutes I slowly got the hang of it and now made it up to 200k/h if I'm in a flow :) Thats 50k/h more than my old hunting spot which yielded 150k/h at Cyclopolis. I have handeled the giant spider quite okay and always made sure to have cleared the bone beasts which are next to it previously, also to have cleared an escape way. An addition to all your tips&tricks would maybe be to bring stealth rings. The demon skeletons aswell as the crypt shamblers and ghosts, also scorpions, keept surrounding/blocking my way pretty often bringing me in dangerous situations. With the stealth ring only the bb and gs see me now, however I still keep killing the other mobs (demon sekelton, crypts)as they yield good exp, too if bb are cleared out and about to respawn. The loot is quite ok and I have looted quite some hardened bones and black pearls^^
@Red I havent encountered the water elementals yet, however I brought thunderstorm runes incase I would. I assume they are to be found a bit benath the gs spawn? Also what is located at -1 ?
 
You can always go down and try to hunt necromancers with liches. Item for undead cavebear mount was worth around 1kk when I was playing Tibia 1 year ago. (Lich drops it)
 
Take some fire walls, they will be helpful when there will be many bonebeasts and giant spider.
Also, if you want to hunt water elementals, take helmet of the deep and energy walls.
