A small question fast please

I was saving my map until my pc shutdown because of overheat.
If i do system recovery i get the previous save back without messed up shit?

isnt there any way to fix it?
why are those mapping things so fragile!?

Because they're highly compressed, stored as binary data.

RME usually creates temporary backups of the map, spawnfile and housefile in the same folder before it starts saving them.

do you know any programmer who can edit my otmapeditor so it also makes backups like rme? because i just can't work with rme!

this is my seventh laptop this year i got a lot of laptops some of them never overheat..
And i don't want to fix the cpu/fan because in a couple of weeks it will be dead for sure..
The previous one i had not even 3 weeks.
