Well i'm just wondering if theres a way to host a website for a 8.6 OT without paying.?

If you know how can you post a tutorial or something? I'm using SQLITE btw if this matters.

cause people usually open xampp or uniform server to host the OT website, lots of tutorials about this

Yeah a free domain, Like if i download GESIOR i just have to upload it on a website and it makes the web.?

You can host it yourself on a computer and get a free domain from noip.com

Guys, just a newb question. Here's the situation - hosting a server at home. The info flow between server and client is direct. What if I start using no-ip to get a static IP?

What do you mean?
You can make a no-ip address at http://www.noip.com/ then use that instead of your global ip. It will work the same as using your global ip, since it's set to your global ip.

So, no "proxies" on the way between server and client?

You can get a static IP if you want to make your life easier with a domain. Also, if you get a noip domain the traffic will still remain "direct" as you say. You could always have a proxy but that would require a more complex set up.
