Ability to walk through walls

Hey, I was woudering if I am able to make my GOD character walk through walls any ways? (besides by pusing myself)
Or also is there any way i can make Boots of waterwalking actually let me walk ON water? Thanks!

On our 0.3.7 server, we can hold ctrl + arrow keys.. or maybe shift + arrow keys and walk through walls
