About hp and mana show in %

He isn't telling the truth, he doesn't really know what he is talking about. That is client sided, and we don't have the source to tibia's client so we can't change it. What you can possibly do, im actually pretty certain you can do, is use Otclient and make modifications through lua for the the interface to show percent instead of numbers

It's in the source, look where you downloaded the server, there is usually also a link to the source or it's added to the server folder.
After you made the changed you need to compile it to create a new .exe file (the distribution/server) and replace it with your old one.
