These sprites were inserted in 9.44.

Our friend, Evan, created a topic in which we can see these sprites in the OTB 9.44, opened by Noxitu 1.3.0 (http://otland.net/f251/cipsoft-going-old-school-148871/)

but my question is: how to insert it in the map editor to create maps?
