About Server Save freeze and cloning

Hello!

I have now been hosting an server on my personal computer for a while, and I got a question about it:

When server Save, everything is freezing in a time between 5-20 seconds, and it's really annoying!
I've seen servers with a ServerSave time in about 1-4 seconds, how can I make that possible?
Is that going to reduce if I get an dedicated server?


I have also had alot of problems with cloning
Can someone with knowledge about it please tell me what commands etc I should turn off?


I have turned off:

InGame Guild management
Customized War Commands

Is there anything else I should take care off?

Do you have useHouseDataStorage = true in config.lua?

It makes the server use binary storage, which is somewhat faster than relational.
