for those saying it's not on the rules. imo
9. Dangerous content:
You may not post content that contains dangerous material. Intentionally doing so will lead to an instant banishment.

I think DDoS is considered dangerous content, even if it's not a link.

content that contains dangerous material

Saying that for example I am ddosing isn't dangerous material, but saying how to is.

@Prest, I agree.
Ping/Dos/DDos, is to 99% to ruin for other people for an very immature reason.

the rest 1% is those who use it against themselves to test their own defenses and power of internet.. etc..

I think it was needed, but in some retrospect I don't, he didn't publish the DdoS on OtLand, but I can see the moderator who did infract him probably infracted him for the possible chance of the ddoser targeting OtLand.

You guys are the moderators, whatever you see fit shall happen, even if in dispute, wither he should have received the previous infraction, I do believe it was for a good cause.. its a lesson learned. He'll know next time to examine the official rules rather than to just accept and skim through it.

It's funny because we had tons of people who addmited ddosing and also threated people of ddosing, mods will never be fair this way.
