Yes but , i have removed port 80 from skype.

my ports is availbe, all ports is opend 7171 , 7172 , 80 < port 80 is on , but idk why my apache won't work

Ok, try stopping both services, and start it from xampp folder, mysql_start and apache_start

after that open log.txt and paste that here
